How do I report a user?

On the chat with the user click on the 3 dots at top right, then select "Report user" and click on the reason.

What reporting a user means?

When you report a user first out automated system check that and in some cases a human would review the case. We may ban the user permenantly if we discover a violation of the our policy or terms of use. All reports are saved on our system and are being processed, users with repeated violations may be banned without any further notice.

How to block a user?

On the chat with the user click on the 3 dots at top right, then select "Block user". You could also swipe left on the user chat on "Recent" screen and select "Delete", this would delete the user from chat lists and also block the user.

How to un-block a user?

Go to "Settings" tab, Select "Blocked Users" and remove each user you want to un-block

What does blocking a user means?

When you block a user it means that he would not be able to contact you anymore.

How do I favorite a user?

What does favorite a user means?

You may be talking to a lot of users, some of them you may want to stay in touch with. When you favorite a user the chat with him would appear also on "Favorite" tab, this way it would be easier to find and stay in touch.
